Stir fry beef in teriyaki sauce with veg and boiled rice

Big batch some going in the freezer.

Lunch: salmon and cauli cheese
Supper: we're off up the valley for Thai vegetarian curry, apparently.

And yet more bread. Some rolls for Mr Snoop to take to friends and a couple of fake ciabattas for us. Fake because I wrote down a recipe for something or other, fiddled with it and came out with a very wet dough that I thought would turn out like ciabattas but didn't quite. Really tasty, though, so who cares what they are or aren't. It's very windy today and the temperatures are on the wane, so the kitchen won't be too hot, and I can make the most of the oven for the cauli cheese.

Homemade beef burgers, onion rings, chips and good old baked beans. Reckon it will be a bit windy tonight- onions & beans

well I call it bashed chicken with fried spuds. I think it's proper title is chicken schnitzel(excuse spelling if that's wong). My name for it based on me bashing it flat before frying.

Lunch: mushroom risotto (done in the pressure cooker, so hassle free and quick).
Supper: up the valley for leftover Thai curry, I think.

well tonight it's breaded haddock, peas and chips with bread and butter and tea,... Yummie. Think I've maybe posted this before which really isn't surprising as the fish van calls weekly
