Last night, sea bass fillet en papillote with courgette and broccoli. Kefir and blueberries for afters.

Tonight, salmon steak with salad. Cherries for afters.

No idea so far for today - but yesterday we didn’t have a salad… chicken curry instead!

I have inspired myself and added mango chutney to my shopping list.

Just had a rummage in the freezer and found a stew…so that followed by a side salad.

Change of plan I spotted a courgette in the fridge so instead we’re have Briam with pollock and salmon.

A tumble salad for sure tonight…guest ingredients will be the mozzarella cheese and a tin of tuna.

I’ll have a poke at the pineapple to see if it’s ripe enough for pud ( I prefer them overripe so they are at their sweetest. Yep- a bit more wasted but worth it!)
