    Sort of Flo….. basically minced stewing steak pressed together into an oval ‘ burger’ . Nothing else- no flavouring or cereal etc so it looks like a burger but isn’t as tough as a chunk of fried stewing steak.

    globe artichoke to start with.
    Steak ( biftek hache for those in the know) with Swiss chard and leek sauce. Maybe a few gnocchi.
    And a tiny side salad.
    Fresh fruit for pud with yog.

    Making some plate meat pies today for the freezer, so I think it will be pie and peas.

    We had visitors last night so the Sun Fing turned into a sandwich without chips!

    Neither of us were hungry yesterday, so I just had a chicken sandwich and Mr GF had some left-over tomato soup. Later in the evening we both managed strawberries and cream though.

    Presuming we're hungry today we'll have what we were going to have yesterday: Ribs, rice and sweetcorn. Strawberries and cream.

    Pan fried salmon crumbled into a tumble salad along with avacado.
