Onion and celery folded into mashed spuds with lambs liver, peas and gravy.

Chicken shwauma, salad, salsa and sour cream wrapped in soft tortillas.

Off out this morning. Snacks being provided. And I suspect Mr Snoop will be invited out for lunch by a friend (if not, he'll just have to fend for himself).

Supper: char siu ribs it is. Not sure about the veg. Maybe some sriracha roasted Brussels sprouts and something else stir-fried with rice?

Salmon baked with lemon and capers, potatoes dauphinoise, carrots and french beans. Making lemon curd this afternoon so maybe a lemon Victoria sponge filled with lemon curd for afters.

Snap Bramble, crept I’ll have a Bulmers light, the wife can have a drop of vino blanco, then I’ll have some Stilton and tuc crackers after the chilli

Tonight will be fish fingers, chips and peas with bread and butter. My husband has just realised it is pancake day on Tuesday so I might preempt his plaintive cries and make some to finish with orange and lemon.
