Lunch: shredded pork stir-fry (from here: https://thewoksoflife.com/pork-stir-...et-bean-sauce/) with some extra stir-fried veg and rice. A while since I did anything Chinese. Maybe this will inspire me to start up again.
Supper: cauli, pear and blue cheese soup.
Plus, start off a Ken Forkish overnighter. And flapjacks with some chewy ginger bits.

^Looks like our husbands are on the same wavelength today. Mr Snoop requested an all-day breakfast for lunch without enquiring what the other options might be. So stir-fried pork it is tomorrow. Saves me a bit of a palaver today, so not sorry. Got more time to play with the pots and pans tomorrow.
