A second helping of last nights tea. Which was venison lasagna with homemade garlic bread and a big side salad.

Cornish pasty with mushy peas and onion gravy.

Lunch: packet soup, pork sandwiches, cup of tea and an own-brand fake Twix.
No need to cook supper: veg curry up the valley.

Red lentil dhal, home made chapattis and salad.

Homemade steak pie, mashed potato and swede, carrots and Savoy cabbage with gravy.

Sweet potato chilli with avocado salad and pita bread.

Pork chops, whole grain mustard mash, kale, carrots and a rich thick gravy.

Stewing steak with mash and peas , followed by summer pudding I found in the freezer which I made with our fruit a few months back.

Tuna steaks, with sauteed potatoes and frozen runners.

Pork loin with fresh pasta and creamed oyster mushrooms

Cheese, mushroom and ham omelette, jacket sweet potato and homemade coleslaw.

Just tried a new biscuit recipe a friend gave me (with oats, apricots and almonds in them). We have just shared one to try while still warm out of the oven. Might just have to have more with a coffee to finish.
