  • Bangers and mash with a tin of mushy peas followed by rhubarb crumble and custard.

    • Lunch, cold leftover curry.
      Tonight, Chinese spiced meatballs in hoisin sauce, crispy fried seaweed, various veg and beansprouts.

            • Veggie burgers with oven chips and coleslaw, for a ‘pub style’ dinner, complete with a glass of coke to go with it!

                • Last night: pork chops and veg in the end.

                  So supper today will be what we should have had yesterday (Greek sausage stew, essentially).

                  Also got yogurt and bread to make. Will probably succumb and make more of the Rondo bites as well.
                  Living in north-east Spain, where the sun is too hot, the rain too torrential, the hail too big, the wind too windy and the snow too deep.

                        • A lemon/rosemary/tomato/chicken casserole with proper oven baked spuds and our cauliflower which we harvested today (2oz, so just the right size to share!).

                                Supper: pizza and apple and ricotta cake for afters. D really likes it is my excuse...

                                Plus, biga for another loaf to bake tomorrow.
