This evening jacket potatoes, lamb rissoles and baked beans.

Pork and veg red thai curry , rice and naan

Lasagne made with strips of courgette instead of pasta

Strawberries rolled in balsamic vinegar for pud

Yesterday ended up being fish in light batter and loads of veg.

Tortilla and veg tonight I think.

Borlotti bean and lentil curry with beetroot leaves and coriander added. Using up various flours and the Malted grain chapattis worked surprisingly well.

Takeaway pizza tonight from the local bistro /restaurant

^Takeaway pizza... there are times when those really hit the spot.

Lunch will be more fish and a big salad.

Supper: soup of some kind.

Also, haven't baked anything recently. Smallblueplanet introduced me to Weekend Bakery website. They've got a yummy-looking recipe for rondo bites that doesn't look very demanding but will scratch the itch. Maybe some more bread too. Night-time temps are quite cool here at the mo and it doesn't seem totally over the top to light the range.

Corned beef hash with poached eggs last night.

Tonight its tagliatelle, bol, garlic bread and a glass of red.

Yesterday went awry as I was proper queasy-feeling from antibiotics. Turns out when they say "can be taken with food", they mean "must be taken with food". So, just had a really good breakfast. Lunch will be very early tea-time: fish and salad. No idea what I'll do at midnight, though, when third pill becomes necessary. If yesterday's anything to go by, a yogurt won't cut it.

Anyway, also bread and rondo bites that I didn't make yesterday.
