Pasta bake I made last week back out of the freezer, garlic bread and a mixed salad.
Still got some strawberries left that I picked yesterday so either strawberries and cream or Eton Mess.

Last night used some of the roasted ham for ham and mushroom risotto


Tonight roast chicken, salad and new potatoes

Salmon and pollack in a spicy tom and pepper sauce with boiled spuds, peas and lightly cooked cabbage.

OK, so none of what I posted except the spaghetti, but with a sausage rag�. Just as well you don't have to plan in advance when to breathe as I wouldn't have survived very long.

At my husbands request we're having king prawn curry and naan bread tonight, (his favourite meal at the moment).

Supper: turkey steaks and salad.

Bread, seeing as I didn't make any yesterday.

Baked ham, roast potatoes, home grown veg, peas, beans and carrots.Strawberries and raspberries for desert.

Last night, Linda burgers on cobs with piles of caramalised onion and a slice of cheddar. Radicchio on the side, shredded and tossed in olive oil, sea salt and lime juice.

Lunch: lentil and hazelnut patties with salad in wraps
Supper: last of the turkey steaks with veg

Didn't make bread yesterday as much too hot for oven, even late at night. Will make wraps today and hope for the best for tomorrow.

Tonight I think we're going to have steak in pepper sauce, tomato cheese and pesto bake, garlic mushrooms, beer battered onion rings and a few chips or garlic bread.

Mediterranean style herby tom sauce with onion, garlic, aubergine, courgette, pepper, celery and DFB's. Got a sourdough loaf on the go to mop up with and will add cubed feta just before serving.
