I added some "loitering peppers" to the veg and we ended up having it with cous cous rather than garlic bread. We ate everything that I put on the platesOriginally posted by greenishfing View PostTonight I think roast vegetables, (courgette, aubergine, garlic, onion, tomatoes, mushrooms and anything else loitering in the bottom of the fridge) mixed with some leftover mascarpone and either scallops or smoked bacon atop some garlic bread.
. I'm just going to zap some defrosted strawberries to make a milkshake next.
