                        • Tonight I think roast vegetables, (courgette, aubergine, garlic, onion, tomatoes, mushrooms and anything else loitering in the bottom of the fridge) mixed with some leftover mascarpone and either scallops or smoked bacon atop some garlic bread.

                            I added some "loitering peppers" to the veg and we ended up having it with cous cous rather than garlic bread. We ate everything that I put on the plates. I'm just going to zap some defrosted strawberries to make a milkshake next.

                              • We had a corned beef justa with olives and cherry tomatoes on the side a while ago. It was really enjoyable. Unbelievably Mr GF has put in a request for more of the same later.
