Sirloin steak with salad and scallop potatoes.

Cottage pie, served with peas and red cabbage in apple juice.
Crumble and rice pudding for pud.
Cheese and biscuits if room.

We had stuffed pasta last night, asparagus and speck from Lidl. Much better than I expected it to be. Grapes for pud.

Tonight, something with a huge pile of veg. Maybe even just the veg with a bit of feta for salty added interest.

Veggie cottage pie yesterday with cabbage, carrots and gravy.

This evening panini pizza with salad.

I've taken some Bay Scallops out of the freezer. I think we'll have them in a creamy cheesy sauce with parmesan and a few tomatoes zapped into it. Mashed potato with it.

I had ordered some "taste the difference" strawberries to tempt Mr GF's appetite. The delivery is arriving this afternoon but they have substituted their ordinary strawberries. I'll decide whether to keep them when they arrive as if they are hard or underripe "his faddiness" won't want them.

Possibly a bit too green and healthy for Mr Snoop's tastes. Better come up with a decent afters... Bakewell pud might hit the spot.

We had meatballs and chips at IKEA so we decided on a simple salmon ‘justa’ tonight followed by profiteroles

Something light tonight I think. Something on toast, or Justa. We have donuts again

Chicken and mango curry followed by creme caramel. ,maybe cheese and biscuits…

I've taken some cooked stew out of the freezer to do something with tomorrow.

Tonight might be omelette or poached eggs on toast. I'll see if I can tempt Mr GF with one or the other. Strawberries and cream, which I'm pretty sure will please him.
