I've taken some Bay Scallops out of the freezer. I think we'll have them in a creamy cheesy sauce with parmesan and a few tomatoes zapped into it. Mashed potato with it.
I had ordered some "taste the difference" strawberries to tempt Mr GF's appetite. The delivery is arriving this afternoon but they have substituted their ordinary strawberries. I'll decide whether to keep them when they arrive as if they are hard or underripe "his faddiness" won't want them.
