Cooking Tonight #5

We bought some mushrooms incase we didn’t find any yesterday, so we’ll be having a mushroom risotto with the remaining ones.

We ended up with a really nice salad with avocado pear, yogurt with cherry jam for afters for me, melon for Mr Snoop.

Stuffed giant gnocchi ( from L!dl) with a cheesy sauce, and a tomato and cucumber salad (using our home grown produce!)

Curry night. Roasted root veg and a Saag aloo both from the freezer with rice, naan bread, onion bhaji and chutney.

I'm going to make mushroom soup for tonight. We'll have crispy smoked bacon bits and parmesan to sprinkle over it.

I'm thinking of making aubergine parmigiano for tonight. We'll have it with garlic bread and a side salad.

Last night: proper burgers from the butcher, oven chips and salad. Lollies for pud. I did at least make the salad.

Tonight visiting friend is cooking. Me, I'm doing lunch. Cauliflower, pear and blue cheese soup, cheese sandwich, melon for afters.

I’m cooking tonight!…my decision - cottage pie served with our own beetroot. I’m making a chocolate cake anyway so the oven will be on. Think probably a rice pudding too….
