I think we’ll be needing to get stuck into our first sowings of lettuce as they are all almost ready at once. With fish fingers

Baked pots with tuna (and mayonnaise for Mr Snoop) plus salad. More cherries for afters.

Bangers and mash with cabbage and carrots (my favourite). Strawberries with yoghurt.

Cauliflower cheese grills with chips and baked beans.

Couldnt be bothered cooking.
OH had a salad

Lentil salad (brown lentils with feta cheese, salad onion, chopped peppers, etc.).

Salad again tonight…looks like it’s going to be a hot one and we suddenly have a veggie bed full of almost ready lettuce.
Lemon torte for pud

Tonight, salmon baked with lemon and capers, homemade tartare sauce, new potatoes, tenderstem broccoli and corn on the cob. (I'll cook extra potatoes to make potato salad tomorrow.)

Tonight was a gumbo from the weekend's surplus gammon joint, with plenty of Okra and peppers.

Cheese and onion crispbakes, homemade potato salad, courgette fritters and date and apple chutney.

I think I'll make a black cherry milk jelly and throw a handful of frozen cherries into it.

Salmon with rice, peas, sweetcorn and broccoli.

Onion tart with salad and baked pots. Raspberries for pud. A lot of raspberries. The small freezer has decided to self-defrost for no reason other than the ambient temperature is hot, it would seem.
