I did extras last night to have leftovers today, but the fennel was so good there's next to none of it left. Mr Snoop hasn't been much of a fennel fan till now. Looks like he's a convert.
Anyway, pork chop with traybake romanesco, sprouts and carrots plus a tiddly sample of fennel.
Here's the recipe, though I didn't follow it to the letter by any means. Used a few rashers of bacon instead of sausage, didn't use almonds as Mr Snoop doesn't like the texture of nuts and used a French cheese like camembert instead of taleggio. I bought the book. It's utterly amazing.
