I fancy something spicy. Curry, I think. I've now got a couple of chicken legs marinating in a mixture of natural yoghurt, lemon juice, crushed garlic, garam masala, ground coriander, paprika and chilli powder. I think I'll make them into a curry with some butternut squash chunks and peppers later.
It's rare my homemade curries have a proper name as I don't usually follow recipes when making them. I've never made an inedible one, but they do vary an awful lot!

Sounds proper yummy - I think it's definitely one I'll try when (hopefully) I have french beans & spuds to harvest later in the year
