Last night I eventually decided on the curry. I got chicken legs out of the freezer for today. I had originally frozen them in pairs, which unfortunatly set off yet another flood of tears when I got them out😭.

I'll cook them and have one today with roasted butternut squash, mashed potato, carrots, peas and gravy.

Justas here. Himself is having corned beef, I'm having tuna and salad. Pears and cream after.
