I think tonight will be a cheese omelette, boiled potatoes and some tomato, pesto and mozzarella bake OR salad.
I am thinking of experimenting with a yoghurt based dressing for my next salad rather than mayo or vinaigrette. I can't stand eating yogurt out of the pot or with fruit but do often have some to use up when I've used some for marinating meat.
