Pork steak with chips, peas and a crispy cauliflower bake that I bought months ago to try

I think tonight will be a cheese omelette, boiled potatoes and some tomato, pesto and mozzarella bake OR salad.

I am thinking of experimenting with a yoghurt based dressing for my next salad rather than mayo or vinaigrette. I can't stand eating yogurt out of the pot or with fruit but do often have some to use up when I've used some for marinating meat.

Today I'm doing salmon in foil, either with some spices/flavourings or just herby butter, will have with new potatoes and salad

Last night I had the tomato, pesto and mozzarella bake with my omelette, so tonight will be salad with smoked mackerel and fried up leftover sliced potatoes.

Huge curry lunch up the valley at M's. Supper will probably be the overnight oats we should have had at breakfast...

A cultural mishmash: guacamole, tzatziki, artichoke fritters, white bean salad with bits (tuna, onion and red pepper - a Spanish favourite) and a green salad.

Cod, tartare sauce made from leftover mayo that I made yesterday, boiled potatoes with butter, carrots and French beans

One of the cheeses that I got in Wednesdays cheese delivery, Bath Blue I think, with crackers and maybe a few anchovy stuffed olives.

We're off out with M for supper tonight for a buffet at a nearby hotel. No idea what a buffet involves here so it'll be interesting to see. I'm not expecting a carvery style buffet, though. More lots of bowls of grated carrots and prawns.
