Salmon here too. I'll bake it with lemon and capers. We'll have it with roast vegetables and couscous.

We're both having Justa because the butcher delivered some "proper" boiled ham yesterday along with lots of red meats and chicken. Apple pie with custard after

Mushroom and veg stir fry this evening.

Chicken Kiev with some crinkle cut chips (air fried) and salad.

I think I'm going to make some soup for this evening. Either mushroom OR tomato and aubergine. I've got some leftover crispy smoked bacon bits to sprinkle on top along with some parmesan. Bread rolls and butter with it.

More mince pies and brandy cream.

Last night OH had pie chips veg and gravy , I had turkey steak, bean mash , veg and gravy.

Tonight I'm trying a new recipe: Senegalese style Chicken Yassa. I saw a recipe for it on my supermarket's website and thought that it looked interesting.
