I think I'm going to make some soup for this evening. Either mushroom OR tomato and aubergine. I've got some leftover crispy smoked bacon bits to sprinkle on top along with some parmesan. Bread rolls and butter with it.
Tonight I'm trying a new recipe: Senegalese style Chicken Yassa. I saw a recipe for it on my supermarket's website and thought that it looked interesting.
