You have just reminded me to add scallops to my shopping list, Nicos.

Tonight I'm roasting chicken wings. I'm deciding between garlic bread and salad or roast vegetables with orzo. Maybe I'll let the weather inspire me.

We ended up with pea and leek curry yesterday. Going for the cauli do piaza tonight. Figs for afters if I can get to the tree (in the middle of a field that could be a muddy swamp given that it's currently raining). Otherwise grapes or melon.

Tonight I'm going to breadcrumb some thighs and oven cook, will have with some cajun beans/lentils and somethjng else

Cornish pasties with mashed swede/potatoes, kale and carrots.

Lentil soup. It really must be autumn...

The slow cooker is out so beef with beans today and plenty of veg .

Everybody seems to have moved on to autumn/winter food suddenly. We had the chicken wings with roast vegetables and orzo last night. It was the first time we've had orzo. Mr GF was not impressed with it and managed to eat round it.

Cottage pie tonight. I've taken the base layer out of the freezer. I'll top it with mashed potato and serve it with roast butternut squash, French beans and extra gravy.

Same here GF. I've also taken the base later out of the freezer! We'll have carrots and cabbage withnit. I forgot to get strawberries, so not yet sure what to have for dessert.

A simple raiding of the fridge to finish off bits and bobs.

Chilli con carne with rice.
Baked apple with cinnemon and brown sugar.

Burritos with lamb and the usual suspects in the filling, aubergine fritters on the side. Melon for afters.

Today either aubergine parmigiano or soup made with the same ingredients.

I've just sliced some chicken breast, but not sure what we're having with it yet!
