                    I did do rice with peas in and flavoured with njuga and cream. Also a salad .

                          Mark, just the usual spices…smoked paprika, chilli powder, cumin and a little bit of cinnamon. This time I added ground coriander, OH thought it tasted better but I didn’t think it added anything.

                              Nicos once recommended adding chocolate. Have you ever tried that?

                              • I use unsmoked paprika (mainly for the colour) quite a lot of cumin, chopped up or ground chillis depending on which varieties/flavours and heat I feel like at the time. Always gets milder as cooking goes on. Don't use cinnamon or coriander but do use high cocoa chocolate. A small amount of marjoram towards the end. I also use a lot of tomatoes
