I signed up for her newsletter, yes. But only after a good squint around her recipes. I came across her via a link shared on Facebook and had no difficulty looking around. I wonder whether Googling for Diane Kochilas and entering that way might work for you.

That said I've just tried to look at her bean and pulses recipes and also come up with a blank page. So maybe her site is going slowly or getting some kind of upgrade.

Having checked the date on everything in my fridge I'm going to roast a chicken in the air fryer today. I think we'll have it with mashed potatoes, roast butternut squash, carrots, french beans and gravy.

All change here too. We've decided to save the chicken till tomorrow and celebrate the arrival of the weekend with a glass of wine alongside.

So tonight, a Meera Sodha recipe for Iraqi white bean stew with a harissa-stuffed hasselback courgette on the side. So we won't be suffering!
