Today I think will be aubergine parmigiano, garlic bread and a side salad.

I'm not quite at the not a clue stage. I have a pot of white beans on the go, in theory for a Meera Sodha recipe for white bean stew. My kind of food, but I think Mr Snoop might find it a bit austere (essentially it's white beans, olive oil and herbs), so need to find something to go with it. Perhaps a hasselback courgette with harissa?

Pear for afters.

Pasta using our tomatoes for a sauce…and maybe aubergine somehow incorporated into it.

As Himself has requested Justa, I might have sardines on toast. Apple crumble with cream. I've more apples than I know what to do with!

Last night grabbed m&s meals on the way home followed by a slice of chocolate cheesecake.

OH has taken beef and pork mince out. I doubt he will have decided what HE is going to make. It will be left to me.

Tonight, pan fried Sea bass fillets, new potatoes, carrots and French beans.

Desperate Dan Pie with mushy peas. We'll be too full for a pudding - but I guarantee we'll be hungry about an hour later - it always seems to have that effect!

Even though it’s blustery and wet, we are fancying a tumble salad.
Guest ingredients will be buffalo mozzarella and smoked wild salmon- both from the last date section in the supermarket!

Fruit of some type for pud.
