I added some madeleines in the French style to the pud. Pretty good. Advantage: so small they cook in next to no time. Disadvantage: so small you need to eat four to feel like you've had even the amount of a single proper bun. Anyway, I've decided to call them French lady cakes. Just the kind of thing French ladies could eat (one of, not four) and not worry about their hips.
