  • Lunch: pinto bean burgers with sweet potato wedges.
    Supper: green soup.

        • Yesterday was salmon baked with capers and lemon, potato dauphinoise, carrots and leeks.

          Tonight will be scampi, homemade tartare sauce, potato scallops, carrots and PSB (just picked).

          • Venison in homemade tortilla wraps with lot’s of salad. Followed by more rhubarb crumble muffins. Bob made them today.

                        Very messy. Except this year I'm using them as scallions.
