Yesterday's bread turned out more like a Moroccan khobz. It wasn't meant to, but it was delicious and texture inside very good. Flour that's new to me. I'll try again, maybe I didn't measure the liquid right, but neither of us will be sorry if that's what it's like every time. 4 kg of it left. Won't last long.
So today,
Lunch: sandwiches with said bread
Supper: minestrone soup with more of said bread, doubtlessLiving in north-east Spain, where the sun is too hot, the rain too torrential, the hail too big, the wind too windy and the snow too deep.
