Last night thinly spread herby, garlicky tom sauce on sourdough pizza base and topped with chestnut mushrooms, red onion and the usual cheeses.
Asparagus cooked in olive oil and sea salt on the side and a big bowl of leaf salad.
Tonight I'm planning stir-fried garlic prawns, oyster sauce and an assortment of veg that will include spring onions and kale. Noticed allium miner marks on the spring onions yesterday so they need using fast...(use 'em or lose 'em)Location ... Nottingham

Was a bit worried I was coming down with the lurgy: made a veg curry last night and it tasted a bit weird to me. Others reported it was normal. But seem to be OK this morning. Fortunately! Coffee tastes just as good as it should. Also made a load of bread yesterday.
Today: hummus for lunch.
Supper: homemade carrot, chickpea and sesame seed burgers. They're a bit collapsible, but I love the taste.
Also: the big bun cook today.

Thanks, Bren, yes. Yesterday didn't go according to plan. For once it was better: blue cheese and walnut salad followed by sausage and saffron risotto. Chocolate for afters.
