home made curry following on from beef olives. That's two yummie meals. We are having a home made chicken casserole tonight and opening a bottle of prosecco. Not celebrating. Wine cupboard starting to become depleted.

In the end we had pizza, and two-thirds of a decent bottle of red.

Turned the last of Sunday’s joint into lamb bhuna had it with rice and sourdough naans.

Baked eggs in a tomato chorizo bean and spinach sauce with crusty bread

Stuffed loin of pork with carrots and roast potatoes with a nice carrot water gravy. Stuffing made with my own parsley, thyme and lemon thyme. Made with salted french butter and some nice onion.

I have to comment on this......

Eggs nearing the end so needed to use, chorizo use by Feb!, cheap tin of toms, tin of beans in the cupboard for about 6 months, spinach from the freezer (bag of blocks/portions). Bread was purchased today.

Best meal I have had in ages, the chilli flakes rounded it off
