I've made a dozen quarter pounder beef burgers for the freezer. I've put mozzarella and cheddar in the middle. No idea what we're having tonight, but we have got jammy doughnuts

I've taken pork steaks out so may do with butterbeans in a spicy sauce with salad and new potatoes

Darn- I’m easily persuaded…
when I mentioned salad to my OH I got the ‘wrinkled nose’ response…. How about fish and chips with tinned mushy peas? was his reply.

Butternut squash soup plus a mixed salad

Going to bbq some thin steak and some thighs, actually thinking we could sort of burger-like them

Spicy sausage filled ravioli in a creamy sauce with a small piece of steak sliced into it, salad and foccacia/garlic bread.

Followed by cheesecake and strawberries.

Cup of tea, I think. Lunch was very good.
