Fennel and apple bake with sausage and cheese.

Sunday willbbe Spaghetti bolognese (sauce already made), will have with salad and garlic bread

Salmon, baked sweet potato, psb and asparagus followed by fresh fruit.

J is cooking. Whatever it is, it will involve cabbage, pork and potatoes, as that's what he's asked me for.

Had a big breakfast so cheese and crackers.

Sausage and mash with cabbage and carrots.

As we had sausage rolls and salad at lunchtime, I decided on a justa later in the evening. There was nothing I really fancied in the fridge. Then I had a look in the freezer. I found the last little pot of my potted meat (beef). It was really good with tomato on a sandwich.

I think soup tonight .... just for a change!
