Do you also add white wine to yours?

A decent glug of Mr GF's white wine (I prefer to drink red) and plenty freshly grated parmesan.

Slices of pork loin flip-flopped in spice and breadcrumbs with salad. Cherries or pineapple for afters.

I made the scallop, sweetcorn and pea risotto. I added some of my preserved lemon at the end along with the scallops. It was a resounding success.

Hummus with toast and salad. Cherries for afters.

Bread, otherwise there will be no bread. Seed crackers as well, in case I fancy those instead of bread. Haven't made them in ages.

Last night was a bought Greek chicken salad with bought tiger bread. Himself is existing on crisp sandwiches! He thinks he's concussed!
Tonight I'm having bought spicy three bean soup. I'll get fed up of nothing home made, but I'm enjoying the easy eats for now

For tonight I was dithering earlier between a chicken and vegetable stir fry OR fish fingers, curly fries and peas.

Now I've made my mind up ...... Bacon, egg, mushrooms and tomatoes with bread and butter.

Flo, I have to admit that when you said Himself wasn't feeling too good after banging his head, I thought concussion might be a possibility. I presume concussion has been ruled out, though.

BBQ for us…I’ll do a bit of a ‘skip dive’ to see what we can defrost.

I completely forgot about the ‘trifle’ last night…so that’s something sorted for today!

(Edit…pork chops! So we’ll bbq those with courgette and sweet potato)
