Grory hop delivery tomorrow, so today will be either something out of the freezer or, if I dither much longer, omelette, or homemade soup. The obvious freezer choices are fish pie made with frozen fish, meat pie made with frozen cooked beef, fish fingers, or scallops.
Still no nearer a decision
After looking at what needs using up in the fridge, and what I really fancy, a decision has been made. None of the above.
Roast veg (mushrooms, peppers, aubergine, courgette, butternut squash, sweet potato, tomato, onion, garlic and anything else I find) mixed with couscous and a sprinkling of feta cheese served with a handful of cocktail sausage rolls each.
Leftover pork chops plus as much green veg as I can fit on the plates to make up for the unhealthy brunch post blood tests... (Cheese burger - at least a proper butcher's burger and real cheese - with some sweet chilli sauce made by a friend on decent bread, plus a share of a Bounty bar. Shameful. )
Edited: Very good, Flo. And your meal sounds pretty delicious, Nicos.
