Mushroom and veg 'cottage pie' with kale and gravy.

Well, I was going to make some kipper pate to have with a salad and garlic bread but I've gone off the idea of kippers, so they might be headed for the freezer, if I can think of something that I do fancy.

At the moment I'm considering poached eggs on toast, or aubergine parmigiano, or soup.

Big salad last night while the last avocado pear was still good.

Bean burritos tonight.

Decision made. Aubergine Parmigiano with a side salad and garlic bread.

Small banana split type pudding. (Banana, raspberry jam, ice cream, whipped cream and a few raspberries to decorate)

I've also got 3 banana loaves in the oven right now.

Bangers and mash with cabbage. Trifle.

I made 3 cheese flans for the freezer this morning

Pork cutlets, new potatoes and a selection of veg.

Mr GF now refers to Aubergine Parmigiano as "that gorgeous stuff". I didn't use any mozzarella this time as Mr GF just ends up wrapping it around his fork instead of eating it. I put ricotta and parmesan in it and cheddar and parmesan on top.

Tonight, beefburgers, with a blue cheese topping on a bun, beer battered onion rings and a side salad.

Ice cream.

Very odd supper: potato frittata with leftover beans from the burritos and salad. Mr Snoop's request.

Justa for Himself. Naked beans on toast for me. Strawberries with ice cream.

French beans and chopped tomatoes with chicken in a creamy Tarragon sauce.
Raspberry cream tart for pud.

Last night's burgers were not a hit. In fact they are in the "not again" category. To be fair I don't know why we had them. Neither of us have ever been burger fans.

Tonight scampi with tartare sauce, jacket sweet potato and roast vegetables.

I might come across some strawberries for dessert when I go to visit my brother in law.
