Well, I was going to make some kipper pate to have with a salad and garlic bread but I've gone off the idea of kippers, so they might be headed for the freezer, if I can think of something that I do fancy.
At the moment I'm considering poached eggs on toast, or aubergine parmigiano, or soup.

Mr GF now refers to Aubergine Parmigiano as "that gorgeous stuff". I didn't use any mozzarella this time as Mr GF just ends up wrapping it around his fork instead of eating it. I put ricotta and parmesan in it and cheddar and parmesan on top.
Tonight, beefburgers, with a blue cheese topping on a bun, beer battered onion rings and a side salad.
Ice cream.

Last night's burgers were not a hit. In fact they are in the "not again" category. To be fair I don't know why we had them. Neither of us have ever been burger fans.
Tonight scampi with tartare sauce, jacket sweet potato and roast vegetables.
I might come across some strawberries for dessert when I go to visit my brother in law.
