And a custard apple for dessert - £3.20 from Shepherds Bush Market, but it was worth it as a treat.

Yesterday Veggie burgers with a garden salad.

This evening out usual Tagliatelle, bol etc.

We'll have more of the chicken today. I think I'll make a stir fry with a sauce made from honey, ginger, soy sauce and garlic.

Not decided about dessert yet. Maybe a jelly or milk jelly.

Pizza here tonight. The one I took in as a gift this morning looked really good. Might do the same for us (chopped up chorizo, mató, black olives, mozzarella and herbs).

I was going to have cheese and onion crispbakes with roast vegetables but the miserable weather and a forecast for the temperature to stay in the teens today has put the idea of soup in my head.

I'm thinking about curried sweet potato soup made with coconut milk and some of the chicken stock that I'm going to make in the slow cooker shortly. Bread and butter and parmesan to sprinkle over it.

More of the raspberry milk jelly, with raspberries in it, that I made yesterday.

A tumble salad featuring buffalo mozzarella and avocados plus our own lettuce and cucumber and eggs.
Plums for pud.

Freekeh with feta, red pepper and so on plus a bit of green salad.

A cool day and I am fancying comfort food.

Fish pie I think, with a mashed potato and caper topping. Carrots and broccoli.

There's still some leftover jelly to finish.
