  • Back to having a decent lunch rather than supper, I think.

    Sausage and saffron risotto with salad. Mince pies (didn't make them the other day) and cream.

    Bread. So probably that for supper.

    • I think tonight is going to be tomato, pesto and mozzarella bake, asparagus, garlic bread and ribs.
      Add onion rings to the above.

            Looks delicious Bones. I love smoked salmon, we usually get some of our breakfast on a weekend. it never lasts long!

                    Its the first time I made it and my custard bit didn’t set very well ( so I microwaved it!!!) but I’ve seen recipes at lowers temperatures than 190C so I’d give them a go instead next time.

                    Its utterly light and delish and refreshing if served straight from the fridge.

                    not decided on supper yet but the last of it will be consumed for pud!
