    Spent this evening making a batch of Welshcakes, so dinner was some leftover lasagne from the freezer - piping hot after 7mins in the microwave, if a little crispy at the edges!

    Last night was prawn and vegetable curry with naan.
    Tonight was Lemon sole, potato dauphinoise, carrots, french beans and homemade tartare sauce.

    Salmon and assorted veg. Was to have been with cauliflower cheese, but Mr Snoop fancied making cheese sandwiches for lunch.

    Lunch: the first thing that came to hand in the freezer: 'roast' pork. Maybe I need to shuffle things up a bit! Cabbage and bacon plus maybe some mash with some old potatoes that are past their best.
    Supper: courgette and blue cheese soup.

    Found some stuff in the fridge that needed using up yesterday, so today is what we should have had yesterday. Minus the baked apples but plus mandarines.

    I'm making fish pie today. Some for us and a couple to take for the in-laws. We'll probably have carrots and peas with ours. Still some cake left for afters.
