Ended up having trout in bacon with broccoli and carrots. Home-grown broccoli, the best one I've ever grown. So, it's trout baked in the oven tonight.

Might make some more bread too.

Last night was chicken and vegetable curry with naan.

Lunch yesterday as advertised, but supper not. Gilthead bream with salad.

More soup for lunch and trout fillets baked with tomatoes, onions and courgettes for supper.

Lunch will be leftover broccoli and white bean soup. Tastier than it sounds, honest!
Supper: beans and bacon on toast with a fried egg for Mr Snoop.

Edited: just realised it's a beany day. Never mind. It'll all be quick and that's what counts today.

I have a piece of lamb to roast for tomorrow with sweet potatoes and broccoli followed by a raspberry macaroon cream sponge cake for the birthday boy.
