    • Since Winter is forcast for tonight and tomorrow:- Steak and Kidney pie, with brocolli, fried leek and fried courgette.

      Rioja for me, cider or sweet marsala for her and probably cider for the lad.

              Roast lamb with jacket spuds, peas,beans and sweet potato

              Sticky ginger pudding and ice cream for pud.
              Oh...and a bit more Easter chocolate no doubt!

                • Pork loin in calvados and dried fruit. Except I've got no calvados, so apple juice and a tiny amount of whisky. Plus assorted veg.

                  Pizza dough for tomorrow.
                  Location: north-east Spain, where the sun is too hot, the rain too torrential, the hail too big, the wind too windy and the snow too deep. Last frost: usually mid-April, sometimes first week in May. First frost: mid-October.

                    • Lunch today was Pasta with the last of the onions stored from last year, Garlic, Tomatoes and Spinach (and a good helping of grated cheese for good luck!)

                      Supper tonight will be oxtail stew. Weather like today just calls for a slow cooker dish
