Well, there are times when a success feels like a bad thing. Pizza using dough from the freezer cooked in a gas oven (admittedly using a pizza steel) turned out to be much, much better than I expected. Oh dear. Now we'll just want more...
Lunch: imam bayildi.
Supper: spiced carrot and apple soup.
Might try for a loaf of bread using the pizza steel to give it a bit of oomph from underneath.Location: north-east Spain, where the sun is too hot, the rain too torrential, the hail too big, the wind too windy and the snow too deep. Last frost: usually mid-April, sometimes first week in May. First frost: mid-October.
