More cheese and crackers.

Aubergine parmigiana for supper.

No lunch as had cheese and pat� with toast for breakfast.

More bread plus something sweet, not sure what.

Baked ham, roast potatoes and a selection of veg.

A nice bottle of red to share with my sister.

Steak, chips, mushroom sauce with a bottle of merlot

Home made burgers onion rings chips and peas/beans with a couple of bottles of Magners lite.

Last night lambs liver, kale and parsnip chips. Tonight mushroom and soya Kashmiri curry with poppadoms and loads of lotty salad.

Supper: Mr Snoop has his fingers crossed for pizza.

Baked gammon joint, potato scallops in beer batter, french beans and mustard sauce with Waldorf salad.

Pasta with sauce from the freezer and onions, celery, walnuts, Stilton and red kale.

My husband has enjoyed this meal so much he has asked if he can have the same meal tomorrow......maybe with a few tweaks.
