Salmon baked with lemon and capers, potatoes dauphinoise, homemade tartare sauce, carrots and peas.

Supper out: pork tenderloin with strange chips (like thick folded crinkle-cut crisps).

Quail and mixed veg ( mostly our own) soup. Ended up more like a stew tbh!

Black pudding here too SP - with leeks, black kale and a duck egg. Served with potato cakes.

Lunch: rabbit in a Middle-Eastern style, rice for Mr Snoop and veg. Saut�ed cabbage with ras el-hanout, probably. These cabbages are never-ending.

Supper:carrot and apple soup.
