Sausage casserole with a slice or 2 of sourdough.

Roast pork with all the trimmings. Late lunch, early tea.

Sourdough pizza last night. Tonight squash and parsnip curry with home made chapattis.

It was going to be omelette tonight but then I called in little Asd* for a couple of bits and came out with a yellow stickered spatchcocked chicken. So it's now going to be roast chicken, potatoes boulangère, mashed swede, carrots and cabbage with gravy.
Leftover mincemeat tart from yesterday (think huge mince pie) and cream.

Last night we had roast lamb, Yorkshire pud, sweet potato, jacket potato, peas, carrots and sprouts served with leek sauce and onion gravy. Followed by peach Bakewell tart and cream.

Same again tonight!

Just had a banana and ginger smoothie, shall be having beetroot soup from the freezer later

Tomato quiche served with sweet potato, baked beans and sausages.
Followed by lambs lettuce, then the rest of the peach Bakewell tart and cream. ( mmmm)

Went out to eat at lunchtime so neither of us are hungry yet. I'll make us some poached eggs on toast later.
