Cooking Tonight (continued)

Sourdough pizza last night. Tonight squash and parsnip curry with home made chapattis.

It was going to be omelette tonight but then I called in little Asd* for a couple of bits and came out with a yellow stickered spatchcocked chicken. So it's now going to be roast chicken, potatoes boulang�re, mashed swede, carrots and cabbage with gravy.
Leftover mincemeat tart from yesterday (think huge mince pie) and cream.

Last night we had roast lamb, Yorkshire pud, sweet potato, jacket potato, peas, carrots and sprouts served with leek sauce and onion gravy. Followed by peach Bakewell tart and cream.

Same again tonight!

Went out to eat at lunchtime so neither of us are hungry yet. I'll make us some poached eggs on toast later.

Yesterday: lentil soup for lunch and for supper home-made rolls stuffed with roast pork. I've given up looking for bread roll recipes, as this is Mr Snoop's favourite: Soft Bread Rolls - Local Food Heroes

Today. Fending for myself for lunch, as Mr Snoop is out. Supper will be a stir-fry with yet more pork off the joint I roasted.
