I think trout baked in foil in the airfryer with boiled potatoes (with butter), french beans and carrots.

Pasta with the last of the sun-dried tomato pesto. Will add some extra courgettes as well.

I'm having bubble & squeak with sausages and carrots followed by lemon drizzle cake. Himself is having antibiotics.

Something different tonight. Thin pepperoni pizza, salad, and if I'm feeling really hungry garlic bread too.

I've just had lunch but could still eat a piece of that cake... Looks amazing.

We're up for omelette, baked toms, stuffed mushrooms and sweet potato.

Snoop Puss, this is the recipe I use but I put walnuts in rather than pecans and cook it in 8 inch tins which makes it deeper. The frosting is runnier because British cream cheese is softer than American.
