Last night's roast ham was really good, better than expected for some reason. I think the fresh pineapple rings that I roasted were wonderful too. Mr GF even had seconds, practically unheard of these days.

Tonight "leftovers". A ham, pea and sweetcorn risotto. For pudding a real 1970's blast from the past, pineapple upside down pudding with custard or cream. I might even make an extra one, to use up the pineapple, and take it for my brother-in-law.

I'm going to roast a small gammon joint. We'll have it with salad, beer battered onion rings 😋, and jacket potato.
