    • Tonight due to getting home late we ended up having bolognese sauce with tagliatelle and garlic bread with a good handful of parmesan cheese and a bottle of red wine.

        • Veggie burgers and salad for us tonight.
          Location: north-east Spain, where the sun is too hot, the rain too torrential, the hail too big, the wind too windy and the snow too deep. Last frost: usually mid-April, sometimes first week in May. First frost: mid-October.

            • We had sort of leftovers from yesterday. The bolognese sauce as the base for a pasta bake with bechamel sauce on top and mozzarella cheese. Also garlic bread, parmesan cheese and a bucket or so of red wine.....

              • Lotty lunch of fried duck egg and asparagus spears on a slice of sourdough.
                Tonight a mixed platter of smoked salmon, crab meat, soured cream, olives, leaf salad, cherry toms, radishes and chopped chives.
                Followed by Gu Pudding and coffee.

                • Last night was pork loin marinated and then bbq'd with variety of side salads.

                  Tonight will be fish marinated and then bbq'd with new pots and salad (including some home grown leaves woooooo)

                          Chicken skewers marinated in peri peri , yoghurt and lime and veg and haloumi ones in lemon oil and herbs with rice and a bean salad

                          • We were thinking of having a bbq today but OH spotted a nice piece of brisket in the freezer .
                            Seeing as I'm not dieting at the moment , how could I resist the look on his face when he suggested Yorkshire pudding and roasties????

                              • Last night was chicken and vegetable curry with naan.
                                Tonight potatoes dauphinoise, salmon baked with lemon and capers, carrots, asparagus (hopefully enough ready) and homemade tartare sauce.
