I've just made fish cakes with the extra salmon I cooked yesterday. We'll have them with carrots, asparagus, a few chips and some parsley sauce.

Bulgar salad including - roasted red pepper, bacon, garden herbs, garlic greens (and garlic) celery, pickled jallies and sundried toms topped with red kale florets and boiled eggs.

Decided to make a pasta bake with the left over veg and pour cheese sauce over it. The last of my cheddar.

It smelled so yummy we decided to eat it now instead of this evening!

On the left over theme, turkey soup made with the bony bits of the 'Christmas turkey' we finally had on Sunday (Christmas having been cancelled).

Lamb shank, roast parsnips, mashed potatoes and swede, carrots, cabbage and gravy.

Had lentil soup yesterday instead of risotto, so that today but asparagus instead of sausage and saffron, plus salad.
