Same as yesterday as we have quite a lot of salmon left. It made a refreshing change

Mushroom, White bean and lentil curry with chapattis. Got go pick coriander and lettuce in a bit.

Edit: when we went to pick coriander and lettuce there was more spinach than I thought so that went in instead of the mushrooms.

Doro wat and rice for Mr Snoop with some veg, I know not what. For me, rice and veg I think.

Last night was smoked mackerel, potato and hard boiled egg salad, green salad and asparagus.

Tonight was sweet potato and prawn curry and naan bread.

It was going to be a bbq but having steak ,mushroom, tomato, olives, fresh basil pasta instead with homegrown side salad and a garlic bread

Busy day so I defrosted a leek (own ) and cheese quiche to have with a tumble salad
strawberries for pud with cream and homemade oat biscuits!

Roast chicken legs, new potatoes, carrots and beans.

Teriyaki salmon , salad, new potatoes

Last night crispy skinned sea bass, asparagus, garlic mushrooms and sweet potato wedges.

Yesterday I made pork in an apple/onion/cidre and cream sauce served with mashed spuds and sweet potato plus steamed French beans.
Strawberries and cream for pud.

Same again tonight as I made enough to feed an army!!!!
