For lunch, peanut butter on wholegrain toast (I just fancied it..)
Tonight, kale and mushroom curry with either rice and poppadoms or home made chapattis.
Tonight, due to husband feeling off it I've changed my mind from sausage and mash with lots of onions etc and we're having a bland fish pie topped with caper mash.
Lunchtime snack of borlotti houmous and sourdough crackers. Tonight, courgette and tom based pasta sauce from the freezer with broad beans on tagliatelle.
@ Snoop Puss, I like the look of that Netherton dome the base would be great for cooking chapattis.
