A proper meal that isn't a ready meal. Lamb shank (out of the freezer), mashed potato, carrots, French beans and gravy.

Not had lamb for ages…that sounds rather yummy GF ..beats my baked beans and eggs

Leek risotto with some courgette fritters to improve the look.

We had lamb on the bbq and chicken thighs marinated with salad and crusty roll

Tuna with rice, peas and sweetcorn.

Slight meal change I spotted my Kale sprouts are ready so had those along with carrots, sweet potato wedges and the tuna steaks.

Last night's lamb shank was lovely. I cooked two, so the second one is now in the freezer for another day.

I'm trying to choose between bacon, egg and tomato OR butter chicken, rice and naan for tonight.
