Cauli crisp bakes sound good, Bren. We've enjoyed the cauli do pyaza so much recently Mr Snoop has bought another, but I wouldn't mind trying something else. Do you have a preferred recipe?
As for us, we had avocado pear on toast last night. Tonight, freekeh with tray bake sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts and any other veg that needs using up in a maple syrup and chilli flake dressing.
Roast chicken with jacket spuds and chopped cabbage followed by a diet ‘trifle’
I’ll make a beef and mushroom stew in the oven whilst it’s hot which we can have with a crust on tomorrow and Monday.
Might bake some buns too for pud.

I was hosting a belated Burns Night yesterday, so today it's leftovers. Cock-a-leekie for lunch, fried up haggis, neeps and tatties for dinner. And there's one portion of cranachan left for dessert.
Left over beef and mushroom pie. We had mashed spuds and celeriac instead of pastry which was really yummy.
Left over crumble too…apple, rhubarb and blackberry juice
