One of our Sunday favourites Mackerel with roasted veg.

Midday rather than tonight: spinach risotto with some shredded stir-fried Brussels sprouts for a topping, along with pine nuts and parmesan. Talk about a mish-mash, but I fancy the risotto and the sprouts desperately need eating.

Fruit and panettone for afters.

Huge breakfast, so a late evening Greggs sausage roll

Saag aloo and rice this evening.

Sausage and assorted veg traybake. But given that we're having curry for lunch up the valley, the likelihood of us eating any of it is next to nil. We can always have 'leftovers' for breakfast.

I've been trying to decide between moussaka and garlic bread OR roast vegetables, feta cheese, and a handful of scallops mixed together with either couscous or noodles.

I think I better pick the (bought) moussaka as:

A. It is easy
B. The scallops are still in the freezer.

A beef Justa and then Apple crumble and custard.

OH cooking roast lamb with sweet potato and butternut purée with peas followed by profiteroles.

I’m not at all hungry but will have a go for sure!

Stuffed pasta with an olive and anchovy sauce. Kiwi for afters.

Yesterday panini pizza with salad this evening Pollock in a tomato, chick pea sauce.

Lunch: cauli, pear and blue cheese soup, salad with avocado pear, coleslaw made with kohlrabi and burrata, chocolate and orange panettone for afters.

Nothing tonight after that lot I imagine.
