Cooking Tonight #5

Toasted Justas today I think, with some of the banana and chocolate chip bread (which may be more of a pudding consistency when I cut it) with custard.

Tonight scampi and sweet potato wedges, (both cooked at the same time in the air fryer), homemade tartare sauce, salad, and I'll spice up some of the leftover tomato sauce from yesterday as a dip for the wedges.

OHs usual later night so an omelette and salad

We really enjoyed our tumble salad last night, so we’re having another one!
Star guests mozzarella , eggs and pilchards

Steamed apple sponge and cream for pud.

I will have turkey steak, couscous and beans with salad

A small cucumber and tomato salad to start with, then Cod, sweet potato and french beans.
The rest of the steamed apple sponge pudding with cream.

E coming for lunch today, so that will be our main meal today. Salad, sausage and saffron risotto, peach and Greek yogurt lollies.

If I've got time today, I'll make a cake for the weekend.

The banana and chocolate chip "loaf" was very moist, but very tasty.

If my chicken livers are defrosted in time, (I transferred them to the fridge last night), I'm going to make some chicken liver paté. We'll have some on garlic toast with a salad. Some to go in the freezer.
